Hosted at Inhabit Social Lounge in Kelowna, Niki Martinus and James Elser put on a intimate and interactive evening performance with not only unique covers such as Dolly Parton's Jolene but their own original songs as well. The evening was relaxed and laidback as the audience sipped their drinks and socialized soaking in the soothing croonings of both peformers.


43rd Annual Civic and Community Awards Gala
Spent a lovely evening photographing Kelowna's Annual Civic and Community Awards Gala at the Kelowna Community Theater. Many of the award recipients and nominees each had their own incredible and inspiring story of their involvement in Kelowna's community across all fields, from entrepreneurship, charity work, environmental and athleticism just to name a few. Metis Children and Family Forum 2017
When requested to photograph this event, I enthusiastically agreed because the subject is one that I am very passionate about. A continuation of the family finder training program by Kevin Campbell at the Cove Lakeside Resort in West Kelowna, Metis organizations from across BC came together to discuss how to implement the family finder training successfully in order to improve the care system for


Metis Commission Cultural Planning Workshop
The Metis Commission for Children and Families of BC hosted a cultural planning workshop at the Lii Michif Otipemisiwak Family and Community Services Office located in Kamloops. The workshop provided participants with knowledge and cultural resources for Metis children in care. Each participant was able to create a cultural planning kit to further help and provide more resources to Metis children and giving them easier access to their Metis culture.


Family Finders Training with Kevin Campbell 2017
Had the honor of being able to photograph Family Finders Training hosted by Metis Commission for Children & Families of BC at the Cove Lakeside Resort in West Kelowna.
